Course Details

Reality Composer is an effective Augmented Reality creation tool that allows students and teachers to create imaginative experiences that can redefine teaching and learning opportunities. AR allows users to fully immerse themselves in interactive spaces which can be applied across the curriculum and age ranges.

This course takes a detailed view at creating Augmented Reality resources and is split into two sessions, each around 70 minutes in length.

In session 1 we will look at some of the basic tools within Reality Composer and how we can create, modify and animate objects. We will begin to explore USDZ files and how these can be created and shared with a wider audience.

In session 2 we will explore some of the more advanced features of Reality Composer, such as behaviours, spatial audio and further animation. By the end of this session you will be able to create, enhance and share a wide range of experiences with your students and gain a better understanding of how Augmented Reality can be integrated into teaching and learning.
