Music is a language that speaks in ways words and pictures don’t! It helps students express emotion, communicate ideas, tell stories, and connect with others. In this session, you’ll develop confidence and skills and start creating music using GarageBand.
This session is designed for people with zero musical knowledge or ability and have never used GarageBand before. But by the end of the session you’ll have the starting points to understanding how to make music with GarageBand, with some easy activities to share with your students.

He focuses on developing innovative music programmes that are accessible to all students; integrating the learning approaches of popular musicians into the classroom. Steve provides hands-on training in digital pedagogy and strategy; advocating for the creative integration of technology in education. He recently completed a Masters in Digital Education with the University of Edinburgh, with a focus on how digital technologies shape learning Steve also works with Musical Futures International on curriculum design, training and development.
